I'm a hybrid Product & Engineering Lead who takes products from idea to reality, bridging design sensibility with engineering discipline.
At Ingersoll Rand (Fortune 500) I built and now lead a 20-person development team from absolute zero, rebuilt a legacy codebase on the latest web technologies, and standardized delivery for 100+ global brands - turning the web into a faster, reliable, revenue-driving channel.
I'm the founder of Flexile, a professional After Effects extension actively used by creators and teams.
Always in leadership - my own initiatives and client delivery: from directing cinema-quality motion design to working on and representing major EU projects in Portugal, Poland, and Italy.
I also hold a major in Econometrics, which helps me link UX and engineering to business outcomes.

Experience
Led a 20-person global team (dev + QA) operating a multi-brand web platform with 200k+ pages across 100+ sites.
Directed two enterprise CMS migrations (Sitecore→OCM, OCM→Contentstack) while standardizing on Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and modern CI/CD.
Owned architecture, coding standards, performance, and reliability at scale, coordinating delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Built a professional Adobe After Effects extension end-to-end: product vision, architecture, UI/UX, and core engineering.
Implemented a high-performance stack (React + TypeScript + Node) with deep Adobe automation and a native C++ plug-in for real-time responsiveness.
Created a licensing and update platform integrated with Stripe and enterprise/business engagements, shipping secure, cross-platform releases used by creators and teams.
Developed an open-source, gamified programming platform (React, Chakra UI, Apollo GraphQL, Docker) and owned product UI/UX, user flows, and cross-module integrations.
Implemented the coding environment and classroom tooling, then deployed and supported it across courses.
Authored multiple Python and JavaScript curricula—both interactive (gamified) and video-based—and presented the platform internationally at academic conferences.
